How do I enter the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour?
Online satellites at www.betfredpoker.com:
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday BLPT £1 + 0.10 re-buy, one seat for every £11 in the prize pool to the BLPT Super Sat on Thursdays.
Every Thursday BLPT Super Sat, £10 + £1, one BLPT Entry Token to a live event for every £110 in the prize pool.
Buy-in directly online at www.betfredpoker.com for £110
Buy-in at the venue on the day of the event for £100 + £10.
Who is running the tournament?
Betfred are sponsoring the tour, Malcolm Harwood of Rock Poker Online is the Tournament Director for each event and the casino/card room will provide the dealers, tables, chips and cards. Note that at each event we will have to abide by the host venue's in-house rules.
Is there any added prize money?
Yes, Betfred will be adding £1,500 to the prize pool of each event and £5,000 to the prize pool for the final, as well as a £20,000 sponsorship package for the winner.
What is the prize structure?
Irrespective of entrants, 10 places (the Final Table) will be paid out at the following percentages:-
1st 30%
2nd 20%
3rd 15%
4th 10%
5th 7%
6th 6%
7th 5%
8th 3%
9th 2.25%
10th 1.75%
The total prize pool = (No. of entrants x £100) + £1,500
(Therefore if 80 players participate, the total prize pool will be £9,500)
How many places are available for the final?
There are 10 places available. The winner of each regional heat will take a place at the final table, along with the highest points scorer on the final leaderboard for the tour, plus the winners of two online tournaments. An STT for leaderboard positions 2-11 and an MTT for all players who score 25 points or more.
Can I enter more than one event?
Yes, we encourage players to enter as many events as they can, as the top two highest points earners across the tour will also gain a place in the grand final.
How many chips do I get?
All players start with 6,000 tournament chips.
What is the blind structure?
The blinds will be increased every 30 minutes at the following levels:-

The Tournament Director may, at his discretion add running antes at any stage of the tournament. All tournaments are freezeouts.
How long is each event?
Each leg of the tour will be a one day event of approximately twelve hours' duration, starting at 15:00 on each published date (Saturday) and finishing at approximately 03:00 the following morning, by chip count if necessary.

A player will receive 5 points for each leg of the tour at which they compete. Additional points for reaching the final table are awarded as follows:

The winner of the leaderboard will earn a seat in the BLPT Grand Final on the 20th of November 2009.
Anyone with 25 points or more will be eligible for an online tournament in which the winner will qualify for the last Grand Final seat.
Terms & Conditions
- You agree to abide by the rules of the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour.
- You agree not to compete in any event nor appear in publicity for the Tour under the influence of drink or drugs.
- You agree to be interviewed at any time during the event.
- You allow Betfred to use your image and name for information and promotional purposes.
- You will not allow any other company involved in gaming to use your image or name in association with the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour.
- Should you be required to, you will attend, at reasonable notice, any press or publicity events and make yourself available to promote the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour.
- Should you be required, you agree to exclusively wear Betfred branded clothing throughout the duration of the tour.
- You agree not to wear sponsor or advertising logos of any other company involved in gaming when participating in or promoting the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour.
- Given reasonable notice, you agree to co-operate in promoting the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour on any advertising medium that Betfred wish in order to promote the tour, including interviews, pictures and filming, and you will refrain from being negative about either in press, TV, radio and any website.
- You shall pay and be solely responsible for any income tax, NI and/or any other taxes and levies of any kind due on payments made to you by Betfred.
- Should you win the Grand Final, you agree to exclusively wear Betfred branded clothing at any event you participate in for a 12 month period after the Grand Final. You also agree to work and participate in any online or offline poker tournaments.
- Should you win the Grand Final, you agree to return 25% of your winnings for each event that Betfred has entered you into and agree to participate in any promotion for Betfred or the Betfred Ladies Poker Tour.
- Betfred have the right to end your participation in the Tour if they feel you are in breach of this agreement.
- Betfred’s decision is final.
